BOOM BOOM Burgers is a new restaurant in Shockoe Bottom (in Richmond) serving locally sourced burgers. There is a list on the ordering counter sharing where all the burger ingredients come from; the beef comes from Polyface, cheese from Mountain View, mushrooms from Dave and Dee’s(also see VASADP posts here and here), sweet potatoes from Kirby Farms, and buns from Flour Garden.
