Dave and Dee, in addition to growing and delivering mushrooms, also deliver produce to restaurants and the Fall Line co-op during the week. Their last stop on Thursday is Edible Gardens Restaurant on River Road just outside of Richmond. Edible Gardens focus is providing customers with dishes made only from local ingredients.

After most of the business transaction is over, Dave and Dee catchup with the cooks and see what they are making. And when Dave and Dee arrived, the pies had just come out of the oven.
