I had lunch at Cafe Gutenberg shortly after visiting Dave and Dee’s Homegrown Mushrooms to see how the Cafe used Dave and Dee’s Mushrooms.

The menu highlights local ingredients, stating exactly where they are sourced from. There were several items on the menu that specifically stated they used Dave and Dee’s oyster mushrooms, and I went with the mushroom burger.

I also tried a summer special that used only local ingredients, fried green tomatoes.
